A former long-haul cabin crew member, Fiona discovered reflexology as a powerful natural remedy for jet lag and fatigue — a passion that inspired her to retrain with a Level 3 Diploma in Reflexology, Anatomy & Physiology, followed by advanced training in Facial Reflexology and Zone Face Lift with Ziggie Bergman at the London School of Reflexology.
