Zoë Fletcher - Integrative Psychotherapist

Zoë is a BACP-registered psychotherapist who works with adults of all ages. She offers a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore a wide range of issues, including stress, anxiety, depression, identity concerns, neurodivergence, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.

She also has extensive experience working in a trauma-informed way with individuals who have experienced difficult childhoods, various forms of abuse, or who are living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).

Zoë completed six years of academic and clinical training in integrative psychotherapy, earning a Master’s degree and Postgraduate Diploma from Regent’s University London. Her training combined humanistic, psychodynamic and existential approaches and was supported by clinical experience at a South Oxfordshire counselling charity and the Priory Hospital in Roehampton.

She now works in private practice and as a counsellor at the University of Reading. Zoë integrates therapeutic theory with psychoeducation to help clients process their life experiences and develop greater self-understanding. She offers both short- and long-term therapy, with sessions available online or in person.
