Charlotte Newnham - Integrative Counsellor MBACP

Charlotte is a BACP registered therapist with a Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. She works one-to-one with adults, both online and in person, offering a warm, non-judgemental, and confidential space to explore life’s challenges. Her work is primarily grounded in a person-centred approach, with elements of psychodynamic theory, allowing clients to reflect not only on present concerns but also on how past experiences may be shaping current patterns.

Charlotte has significant experience supporting both adults and adolescents in community and school settings, including as a school counsellor in a busy secondary school. She works with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family conflict and work-related stress.

She has particular expertise in neurodivergence especially with the parents of neurodivergent children as they navigate and process new diagnoses. Charlotte’s calm and compassionate approach helps clients feel truly heard—empowering lasting insight, resilience, and positive change.

She practises out of therapy rooms conveniently located on Ascot High Street.
